Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage incoming emails to specific DAP-related mailboxes.
Triage, log, and escalate data access requests in accordance with established protocols.
Maintain and update SharePoint sites and document libraries relevant to the Separation Programme.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure requests are processed efficiently and accurately.
Track and report on mailbox activity and request statuses.
Support the team with administrative tasks related to data access and separation activities.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
Qualifications
Relevant certifications or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS Office Specialist, SharePoint) are advantageous.
Skills & Experience
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience managing SharePoint sites and document libraries.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with data governance or access protocols.
Experience in a corporate or project-based environment.
Exposure to divestment, demerger, or separation programmes.
