General Responsibilities:
- Assist with creation, review, and control of ISO documentation.
- Notify relevant employees of new or revised documents and maintain version control.
- Register and maintain internal and external documents, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Maintain and update relevant registers (training, NCRs, audits, etc.).
- Support senior consultants with project deliverables, documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of sensitive client and project information.
Project-Related Responsibilities:
- Assist in gap audits, risk assessments, and internal audits under guidance of senior consultants.
- Generate and maintain documentation aligning with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Capture, track, and support closure of non-conformances and customer complaints.
- Support implementation of policies, procedures, and change management processes.
- Monitor performance indicators and assist with compliance reporting for QHSE deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients for inspections, certifications, and audit preparation.
- Contribute to continual improvement initiatives and innovative approaches to documentation.
Job Requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety (preferred).
- Understanding and working knowledge of ISO management systems (9001, 14001, 45001).
- Working knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
- Strong process development, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Professional, well-spoken, and presentable with strong communication skills.
- Deadline-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently and in teams.
- Driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Willingness to travel to client sites.
