IT Support & Website Testing Assistant (Remote)

We're on the lookout for a proactive and tech-savvy individual to provide essential IT and tech support, while ensuring the smooth functionality of our internal systems and public-facing websites.
What you'll do:
- Respond to Tier 1 internal IT support requests (e.g. password resets, screen setups, CRM checks and server status)
- Support the onboarding of new employees by helping them set up essential tools and applications
- Conduct daily functionality testing of our websites across desktop, mobile and tablet devices to ensure:
- Enquiry forms are working correctly
- All links navigate to the correct destinations
- Pages display and load as expected
- Page speeds are optimized
- Perform light website maintenance tasks (e.g. plugin updates)
- Clearly report bugs, errors or unusual activity and escalate more complex issues when necessary
Requirements
- Solid general knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting
- Experience using AI tools to diagnose and solve common tech problems
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing and issue reporting
- A fast learner who can adapt to new systems and processes quickly
- Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote set up
