Known for its high-quality products and strong client base, the company has a fast-paced, energetic sales team and is looking for its next sales superstar in the making.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Sales Representative to work under the guidance of a Sales Manager, learning the business from the ground up. No prior sales experience is required — we want someone with the right attitude, strong people skills, and the drive to learn and grow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, someone early in their career, or anyone who thrives on relationship-building and wants to enter the industrial/manufacturing sales space.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager with client communication, quoting, and order follow-ups
- Visit clients (when ready) to build relationships and represent the brand
- Learn how to sell industrial/manufacturing products effectively
- Assist with general sales tasks and sales administration
- Help with lead generation, cold calling, and following up with potential clients
- Develop a strong understanding of rubber and silicone manufacturing products and processes
Requirements
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle – must be willing and able to travel for work
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, presentable, and trustworthy
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a team
- A natural sales personality – confident, positive, and motivated
- No formal sales experience required (but any sales/admin/customer service background is a bonus)
