We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sales Secretary based in Cape Town.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Qualification in Sales/Marketing advantageous.
- 1-2years experience in an administrative role. Sales/Marketing/Hospitality experience advantageous
- Proficient and experienced in the full MSOffice suite.
- Clear criminal record
- Comfortable with putting together presentations on powerpoint.
- Presentable;
- Excellent command of English;
- Strong administrative skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to deal with people at all levels;
- Ability to work independently and achieve results without supervision.
- Available immediately.
Job Duties:
- Administration of the portfolios;
- Complete all administrative requirements;
- Sales calls;
- Presentation prep
- Deliver outstanding customer service;
- Assist with deliveries if required.
- Adhoc duties
