Job description on:
The successful candidate will do front-end testing on the PSG CRM platform used by PSG Advisers natioonally, as well as the client facing portals
Responsibilies:
- Create test cases and test the func onality of the CRM platform, client portal and Android & Apple apps
- Apply a client services view to tesng to ensure the applicaon not only works but works intuiµvely
- Run funconal tests, customer scenario tesng, stress testing, performance testing and scalability testing
- The ultimate goal is to iron out any bugs and improve the quality of the system as a whole
- Have the ability to make process improvement suggesons
Minimum requirements:
- A relevant terary qualifcaon
- Extensive experience in related roles in the fnancial services industry
- Experience in testing CRM and client portal soluons
- Test automaon experience
- Agile / Scrum experience
- Very good understanding of the soware development process
- Good communicaon ability
- Knowledge of wealth management and adviser value proposi}on requirements
- Ability to efecvely translate business requirements in technology terminology
