We are looking for a junior technician to join our support team. The responsibilities of a technician consist of 2 main areas: customer support and to repair machines.
Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in the shopfront, via phone, email and chat
- Repair of machines (3D printers, CNC machines and/or laser machines)
- Administration related to technical work
- Feedback on work progress
- Housekeeping of work area and tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R7 000,00 - R11 500,00 per month
