Role Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of Rubyyes. Your primary responsibility will be to engage dynamically and professionally with our female customers, utilizing your fashion knowledge to assess body shapes and suggest the best looks to enhance their style. You will also assist team members, maintain inventory levels, ensure a seamless customer experience, and manage in-store interactions. Additionally, you will handle sales inquiries, process online orders, assist with social media posts, and contribute to the overall success of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent Sales EXPERIENCE IN LADIES BOUTIQUE IS VITAL : Engage customers with vibrant and friendly sales techniques.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Support team members in various tasks as required.
- Exel Experience in calculations & Coding
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchasing selections.
- Handle sales inquiries and process online orders.
- Assist in creating and managing social media content.
- Contribute to the store’s visual merchandising and overall brand presentation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: EXPERIENCE IN LADIES BOUTIQUE IS VITAL
- Previous experience in the ladies boutique or ladies clothing retail sector is essential.
- Skills:
- Vibrant and friendly sales skills in ladies fashion.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic computer skills (POS).
- Knowledge of fashion trends and luxury brands.
- An understanding of ladies fashion.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant tertiary education in fashion or retail is a plus.
- Languages: Basic proficiency in German and Italian is a plus.
