Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve LCV sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (fleets, small businesses, independent contractors).
Train and support sales staff on LCV product knowledge, features, and benefits.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales tactics.
Marketing & Brand Management
Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to promote LCV models.
Maintain brand standards in all dealership communications (showroom, website, social media).
Coordinate with OEM on co-op advertising and promotions.
Organize test-drive events, fleet demonstrations, and customer appreciation programs.
Customer & Dealer Relations
Build strong relationships with LCV buyers (business owners, fleet managers, etc.).
Ensure high customer satisfaction through follow-ups and after-sales support.
Work closely with service and parts departments to enhance the ownership experience.
Represent the dealership at industry events, trade shows, and OEM meetings.
Inventory & Performance Analysis
Collaborate with inventory managers to optimize LCV stock levels.
Track sales performance, conversion rates, and profitability metrics.
Provide monthly reports on LCV sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or related field (preferred).
Experience: 3+ years in automotive/truck sales, brand management, or commercial vehicle marketing.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with LCV models (vans, pickups, small trucks) and fleet sales.
Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools, dealership management systems (DMS), and digital marketing.
Driving License: Valid driver’s license.
