Job Description
To identify, develop and drive the development and continuous improvement of Digital Platforms across the entire PPB Technology offering by providing strategic guidance to grow the local and international market footprint, developing a roadmap to specify key client requirements, and provide support in the sale of Digital Platform/ Product Solutions, using expert insight to manage key stakeholders and obtain buy-in towards PPB Technology offerings.

Broad experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the programming code to create the solutions.
More than 10 years
10+ years of experience in multiple technological fields, including solution architecture, with at least 5 years at a technical team lead level. Deep and broad experience required in multiple areas of technology (comb-shaped engineer). It is imperative to have experience in large, transformational projects, and the agile way of work.
Technical Skills & Expertise Required:
- Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Terraform).
- Ability to Design and Implement Cloud Architectures.
- Azure Infrastructure Services: Deep knowledge of Azure IaaS (VMs, VNets, NSGs, Load Balancers, etc.)
- Platform Automation: Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bicep, Terraform) for infrastructure automation.
- Azure Governance: Experience with policies, blueprints, management groups, and cost management.
- Security & Compliance: Strong understanding of Azure Security Center, Defender for Cloud, RBAC, Key Vault, and compliance frameworks.
- Monitoring & Operations: Expertise in Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and diagnostics.
- Networking: Advanced skills in Azure networking (ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, Private Link, DNS, etc.)
Soft Skills & Leadership:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Translating technical requirements into business outcomes.
- Mentorship: Guiding junior engineers and fostering knowledge sharing.
- Incident Management: Leading troubleshooting and root cause analysis for platform issues.
