Job Title: Lead Generator & Personal Assistant
Location: In-office (Johannesburg)
Salary: R10,000 CTC + uncapped commission (10% of profit on deals from your leads)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven Lead Generator & PA to support a busy sales professional in the office automation industry. You’ll spend most of your day proactively reaching out to prospects by phone and email to generate sales leads. The rest of your time will be focused on managing calendars, preparing quotes, and handling day-to-day admin.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads
- Email outreach and follow-ups
- Qualifying leads and handing them over for closing
- Managing calendars, booking meetings
- Preparing quotes, setting up contracts, and ordering equipment
- General admin support
Requirements
- Previous lead generation or telesales experience
- Comfortable working independently and handling rejection
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organized with good attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- Must be based in Johannesburg and able to work from the office
Compensation
- R10,000 fixed salary (CTC)
- Commission: Earn 10% of the profit on any deal that closes from your leads
