The objective is to fill the position of Mathematics lecturer in the Intermediate Department (IP) with a staff member with expertise in this area.
Please note that the position is based at the Wellington Campus where tuition is in Afrikaans. Candidates must be able to teach in Afrikaans
- A relevant Master’s degree in Mathematics Education
- A teaching qualification
- Mathematics as a major subject or an equivalent and relevant qualification at undergraduate level
- At least two (2) years’ relevant lecturing experience at tertiary level or five (5) years’ relevant experience at school level.
- Specialised knowledge of Methodologies of teaching Mathematics
- Fluent in Afrikaans
