We’re scaling rapidly and looking for talented onboarding agents to welcome new customers and ensure their success from Day One.
What You'll Do
As an Onboarding Agent, you’ll be the first person a new user meets after signing up. Your job is to make them feel supported, confident, and ready to take full advantage of everything the platform offers.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Guiding new users through account setup and initial configuration
- Preparing their workspaces, user roles, and feature access
- Collecting necessary business information, branding assets, and preferences
- Hosting live walkthroughs or async onboarding via video or chat
- Ensuring all new signups are ready for smooth handoff to Admin/Support
- Identifying opportunities to recommend modules based on business needs
We’re Looking For Someone Who…
- Has a solid grasp of how SaaS platforms work
- Can translate complex tools into simple, clear steps for users
- Is friendly, patient, and hyper-organized
- Writes clearly and communicates like a pro
- Has experience in onboarding, tech support, or customer success roles
- Is familiar with (or excited to explore) Lekker Network before applying
