Key Responsibility Areas:
- Independently manage a variety of confidential and operational HR tasks
- Manage the Employee life cycle actions on Success Factors
- Analyze HR metrics (KPIs) to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance the employee experience and support business goals.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration across the workplaces
- Be and stay abreast up-to-date of labour & social legislation; company policies & practices.
- Execute activities within your scope from sourcing and campus management, HR communication, management change projects, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success etc.
- Execute tasks in accordance with L’Oréal's values, in particular in terms of diversity and disabilities.
- Participate in recruitment activities in order to attract and select, to implement the FIT program and to build close relationships with associates and identify potential.
- Develop your knowledge of the business by participating in business meetings and rounds of negotiation for your scope

- HR Expertise: Proven experience in a generalist HR role within a fast-paced environment, understanding the unique needs and challenges of managing a diverse workforce.
- Passion for People: A genuine enthusiasm for creating a positive employee experience, fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion, and supporting the development of our teams.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels within L’ORÉAL.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of demonstrable experience as an HR professional is MANDATORY
- Operational knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment legislation
- Highly proficient in HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Data Analysis Tools
- +2 years former experience & operational knowledge of Success Factors & SAP HR will be crucial
