To gather customer insights, conduct analysis and monitoring of outcomes, as input into the Client Journey.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce/Information Technology
Experience Required
- Main Market Clients
- Personal and Private Banking
- 3-4 years Experience in data gathering and analysis. Exposure to translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications. Experience in managing product lifecycles development and analysis in a financial services environment.
