Job Description
To lead and manage the end-to-end operations of SB Travel, ensuring seamless coordination between Standard Bank and its travel partners to deliver an exceptional experience for Private & Personal Banking clients. The role is responsible for maintaining service excellence through effective partner management, issue resolution, process optimisation, and operational risk oversight. SLA governance, timely incident handling, and data-driven decision-making across travel-related functions required
