We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator who will support our day-to-day content creation, campaign planning, social media management, and general marketing admin. You’ll play a key role in boosting brand visibility, driving engagement, and supporting client acquisition through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Social Media
- Develop and schedule engaging social media content (graphics, captions, short videos, reels)
- Manage posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with online communities
- Collaborate on visual branding and messaging consistency
Marketing Campaigns
- Assist in the ideation and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Track campaign results and report analytics
- Recommend and experiment with new trends (hashtags, formats, viral content)
Client Lead Generation
- Design and deploy simple lead funnels (via Linktree, Canva, email capture tools and website)
- Create content that converts (e.g., CTAs in posts, “book now” reels, freebie promotions)
- Receive commission on successful client sign-ups through tracked campaigns
Admin Support
- Upload content to scheduling platforms (HubSpot, Canva)
- Maintain content calendar
- Help with internal reporting and light documentation
Requirements:
- 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Canva
- Strong knowledge of email marketing and scheduling tools
- Good copywriting skills and aesthetic sense
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter with strong time management and creativity
Nice to Have:
- Experience with HubSpot, Trello, or Notion and other CRMs
- Experience with paid ads (Meta or Google)
- Previous experience working in education or youth-focused brands
