About the Role: Part-Time Marketing Operations Assistant
We’re on the hunt for a proactive, organised, and enthusiastic Marketing Operations Assistant to join our close-knit team on a part-time basis. This isn’t just a “keep the lights on” admin role—you’ll be right at the heart of our marketing operations and administration. If you’ve got a knack for coordination, an eye for detail, and a head for both marketing and numbers, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Here’s what your day might look like:
Job & Campaign Support
- Translate internal requests into clear creative briefs for our design team.
- Help roll out monthly and ad hoc campaigns across departments.
- Provide general marketing and business support wherever needed
Customer & Team Queries
- Work with internal teams in responding to customer queries about campaigns, referrals, and affiliate programs.
- Help manage inbound messages related to promotions and offers.
Finance Admin
- Upload and track quotes and invoices with accuracy.
- Liaise between finance, suppliers, and internal teams to make sure everyone’s paid and up to date.
Supplier & Stock Coordination
- Keep tabs on promotional stock levels and coordinate orders for marketing goodies and prizes.
Contracts & Documentation
- Maintain marketing contracts and supplier records.
- Ensure timely renewals and help keep us compliant with internal processes.
Website Updates
- Assist in uploading and updating web content via our CMS—no coding required, just your eye for detail.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing support, admin, or operations role.
- A basic understanding of finance—you’re comfortable talking numbers and solving issues across teams.
- A planner’s mindset with multitasking superpowers.
- Great communication skills—you’re clear, professional, and people enjoy working with you.
- Tech-savvy or fast to learn new tools and platforms.
- Sharp attention to detail and excellent written and verbal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- A self-starter attitude—you’ll take initiative and own your tasks with confidence.
