Membership Sales Consultant – Full-Time

Zone Fitness Parow is looking for ambitious and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Membership Sales Consultants. If you thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy engaging with people, this opportunity could be the perfect fit.
About the Role:
As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling gym memberships. This includes sourcing leads, building relationships, presenting club offerings, and signing up new members. You’ll be supported with training and guidance to help you excel in sales and deliver an excellent experience to every potential member.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent)
- At least 6 months’ experience in a sales or service environment (fitness industry experience is an advantage)
- Basic computer literacy
- Confident, energetic, and professional personality
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working under pressure
- Proven ability to reach and exceed sales targets
