Medipost are looking for a Network Consultant. The responsibility of the vacancy of Network Consultant is to install, train and maintain systems and system compliance with customers in the Network. The position in based in EL.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to focus on customer needs and customer service while ensuring that all policies and procedures are met. Responsible for the developing and maintaining to ensure that the customer has a high level of system understandingResponsible for the swift solution of customer queries and system-related problems encountered by the customer.Provide technical support in-house and to customers.Responsible to promote the correct and efficient use of the system to the customer to increase system and procedure compliance of the customer.Conducts themselves and all activities and accountabilities in a manner that is consistent with respect for people values and company policies.Plan and manage all installations, trainings and re-visits to the customer.Responsible for training of new customers and the ongoing training to ensure quality and productivity goals are met or exceeded.Compliance management.

LICENSING & ACCREDITATION Valid driver's license

Adhere to company SOP's within KPA parameters.Meet / achieve yearly budgets.Willing to sleep out.Willing to travel.Field orientated (20% office bound and 80% travelling)
