We're looking for a motivated and analytical New Listings Consultant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage property leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners
- Assist with property onboarding and pricing strategy
- Handle contracts and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Matric (a related diploma/degree is advantageous)
- 1+ year experience in real estate (sales or rentals) preferred
- Experience in hospitality or property hosting is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, client-focused mindset and team-player attitude
