About the Opportunity:
Crew Life At Sea is currently recruiting Paramedics on behalf of a leading cruise line partner. This vital role provides emergency medical care to guests and crew, supports shipboard health and safety protocols, and ensures the effective operation of the onboard medical facility. This is an excellent opportunity for highly skilled first responders to work in a fast-paced, multicultural maritime environment.

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate emergency medical response to guests and crew, including advanced pre-hospital care
- Assist medical officers with triage, stabilization, and patient handover to shore-based facilities when required
- Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, ventilators, and oxygen delivery systems
- Participate in daily clinic operations, including basic treatments, wound care, and medication administration
- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of all emergency medical and trauma equipment
- Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports, and medication usage logs
- Assist in crew safety training, including CPR, AED use, and first aid drills
- Support the ships emergency response team during drills and real-life incidents
- Adhere strictly to onboard safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols

Who Were Looking For:
- Licensed Paramedic with valid national registration or certification
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a paramedic in a high-volume emergency service (land-based or maritime)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required; Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or equivalent preferred
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work independently in remote environments
- Experience operating and maintaining advanced life support equipment
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to shipboard life and function effectively within a multinational medical team
