Who We're Looking For:
Registered Nurse with valid SANC registration
Extensive geriatric care experience — you know what quality care looks like
Proven management experience in a healthcare or frailcare environment
Strong knowledge of DSD, DOH, and SANC compliance requirements
Hands-on experience in people management — leading teams, not just supervising
A passion for patient care, dignity, and compassion
A high-energy, solutions-driven leader who can run the facility like clockwork
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing all nursing and care operations across the Frailcare and Assisted Living units
- Ensuring top-tier clinical care and a warm, dignified environment for every resident
- Managing staff performance, morale, and professional development
- Maintaining compliance with all regulatory bodies and internal protocols
- Driving a culture of excellence, empathy, and accountability
