Implement group quality initiatives
Promote customer satisfaction within the hospital (CRM), address customer complaints, conduct quality care rounds and clinical practice audits to monitor care levels and report accordingly
Ensure 100 % reporting of all incidents and alerts
Investigate and Report all incidents as per Hospital policy
A relevant nursing qualification (B Cur Degree/ or relevant management qualification)
At least minimum 5 years’ experience in a medium to large hospital
Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse
Compliance with the SANC code for a Registered Nurse and all applicable health care legislations
An intermediate level of Computer proficiency
Ensure Clinical Expertise within your specialty
Advanced Computer Literacy
Between 5 - 7 Years
