Duties and Responsibilities
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Ensure offices, boardrooms, kitchens, and restrooms are cleaned and maintained daily.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum office floors and furniture.
- Clean windows, doors, and work surfaces regularly.
- Empty bins and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and kitchen essentials.
- Report maintenance or repair issues to management.
Administrative Support
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to relevant staff members.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Maintain basic office records and update logs as required.
- Assist with ordering and managing office supplies.
- Support staff with ad-hoc administrative tasks when needed.
- Packaging of Documents
- Schedule Courier
General Support
- Prepare meeting rooms and ensure refreshments are available when required.
- Provide general assistance to management and staff.
- Uphold a neat, organized, and professional office environment.
- Duties as assigned by Director
Requirements
- Only candidates aged 30 years and above will be considered.
- Previous experience in cleaning, office support, or administration is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R5 000,00 - R5 500,00 per month
