We’re looking for a driven, self-motivated, and highly organised Omnichannel Content & Product Coordinator to join our growing fashion retail team. This is a unique hybrid role that blends ecommerce merchandising, content coordination, social media management, and sample logistics — ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
You’ll play a critical role in connecting our private label brands to our customers by ensuring products are live, well-presented, and supported across all platforms — from site to studio to social.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Omni-Channel Trading & Product Enrichment.
- Complete detailed product enrichment for all new styles, including accurate product names, descriptions, images, and metadata
- Monitor go-live statuses for each drop, ensuring full size runs are available and any delays are escalated
- Collaborate with buying and merchandising to align enrichment and pricing with drop schedules
Sample Coordination & Studio Logistics
- Oversee the full sample lifecycle — from couriering samples locally or internationally, to checking them in and tracking them post-shoot
- Scan and verify barcodes to ensure all sample data aligns with system records
- Maintain strong coordination with the photography studio to manage shoot scheduling, image delivery, and upload timelines
- Track enriched imagery and follow up on any missing or incorrect product visuals
- Manage sample sale every 6 months
Social Media Management
- Create, plan, and publish engaging, product-first content for both of our private label brands across social platforms (mainly Instagram)
- Stay plugged into social trends, competitor content, and emerging platform updates to ensure brand relevance
- Write clean, brand-aligned captions and respond to basic customer queries
- Schedule and manage content calendars to align with drops and campaigns
Cross-Functional Coordination & Admin
- Act as the hub between buying, studio, and content teams — keeping everyone updated on sample, imagery, and go-live timelines
- Maintain accurate documentation of courier movements, barcode scans, studio output, and social calendars
- Assist with ad-hoc campaign or launch needs, including influencer dispatches or pop-up events
WHO YOU ARE:
This job is for you if you have:
- 2–3 years of experience in ecommerce, retail, buying admin, studio coordination or omni-channel merchandising
- A self-motivated and energetic work style — you take initiative, keep things moving, and don't wait to be told
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise across teams and convey information clearly
- A strong eye for detail — whether you're scanning barcodes or writing product copy
- Experience managing physical samples alongside digital workflows
- Confident navigating ecommerce platforms and tools (e.g. Shopify, Excel, CMS, barcode scanners)
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices — with an intuitive sense of how product content should look and feel

- Capable of working independently and efficiently, while contributing effectively to team efforts with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
