We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Remote Social Media Enquiry Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, has excellent communication skills, and can manage multiple conversations with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage social media enquiries via Respond.io during assigned hours.
- Reply to enquiries using predetermined scripts to ensure consistent, professional communication.
- Assign enquiries to the correct clubs and departments for further handling.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clubs.
Requirements:
- Stable internet connection and own device (laptop/PC).
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines accurately.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service or social media management experience (advantageous but not essential).
- 2 years sales experience
