Job Summary:
As an Online Salesperson, some of your responsibilities will include identifying potential customers on various online platforms, understanding their needs and presenting products that align with those needs, building relationships, negotiating and closing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and consistently meeting sales targets, shooting videos for social media (editing, rendering, modelling and production), daily maintenance of FB and FB market, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms and a timely cleaning up of customers' negative reviews and replies on all platforms
Responsibilities:
- Create content: shooting, editing, and uploading no less than 3 videos to social media platforms 3 times p/d.
- Process online stores orders.
- Online sales of returned stock.
- Advise & assist customers via phone, email, and/or in person, in a timely & effective manner.
- Attend to customer questions and queries.
- Recommend products based on customer inquiries and needs.
- Reconcile customer warranty issues.
- Communicate inventory, unresolved customer issues, etc., with Management.
- Post return products on various social media platforms.
- Ad hoc duties as requested by management.

- Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce UI/UX Design: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator
- E-Commerce Solutions: Online Store Creation, Payment Gateway Integration, Inventory Management
- Content Creation: Copywriting, Video Editing, Social Media Management, Project Management: Agile Methodology, Client Communication, Team Collaboration
- Ability to build and keep long-standing relationships with clients
Experience and Educational Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or Equivalent (NQF 4)
- 1-2 years sales experience
- Social media knowledge and experience
- Customer service experience
