We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Intake Support Specialist to help manage day-to-day administrative tasks, client onboarding, and operational coordination. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates based in South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client inquiries via email, phone, and online forms
- Complete client intake process, including collecting documentation and updating systems
- Verify client information and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal team members
- Track operational tasks and follow up on pending items
- Prepare reports and maintain spreadsheets for tracking
- Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: R100,00 - R180,00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
