We are a U.S.-based real estate and construction company looking to hire a highly organized, proactive Operations Manager located in South Africa. This is a full-time, remote position. Working hours are flexible, but you must be available during evenings and some weekends to support U.S.-based clients and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send weekly project reports to clients
- Follow up with prospective tenants and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate tasks between contractors, brokers, and team members
- Track project timelines and flag delays
- Provide administrative support and manage internal workflows
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, customer service, or administration
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, and other cloud tools
- Experience in real estate, construction, or property management is a plus
- Ability to work comfortably across U.S. time zones
Compensation
- R22,500 – R31,500/month (equivalent to $1,250 – $1,750 USD/month)
