We’re a global leader in smart mobility technology, with over 2.5 million subscribers across 23 countries. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for experienced Outbound Telesales Agents to join our thriving Call Centre team in Pinetown, Durban.
As part of a thriving team, you’ll be responsible for engaging with potential customers via telephone or email, understanding their needs, and offering relevant solutions. You’ll use a combination of existing leads and cold calling to drive sales and meet performance targets.
Requirements:
- Matric (essential)
- 1–2 years' outbound B2B or B2C sales experience in a Call Centre (B2B-selling to business and B2C- selling to consumer)
- Comfortable engaging with key decision-makers
- Fluent in English with strong telephonic communication skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure
