We are an IT company based in Morningside seeking a temporary Admin/Personal Assistant to join our team for 2 months.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and personal assistant support to management
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and basic office duties
- Assist with documentation, filing, and record keeping
- Coordinate meetings and manage diaries
- General office support as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Admin/PA role (preferably in an IT or corporate environment)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Reliable and detail-oriented
