Overall Responsibility: This position is responsible for the daily administration of the brewery operations and general company administration.
Focus Area 1
Administrator
- Assist with weekly and month-end stock counts
- Transferring of stock into Warehouse (System and Physical)
- Receipting, Returning and Reconciling of packaging raw materials after each shift
- Completion of production tickets daily
- Assist production administrator with data capturing where applicable
- Ensure daily tasks are done to correct company procedures and work instructions
- Apply strict and accurate loss control
- Participate in effective problem solving
Focus Area 2
Health and Safety
- Perform Food Safety and Quality related activities as part of the FSMS and QC functions
- Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations
Requirements of the Role
- Grade 12
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an FMCG environment
- Proficient in Microsoft office
Preferred Skills/Competencies
- Demonstrate a proactive and committed work ethic
- Compliance with OHSAct standards
- Active participation in daily boardroom briefings
- Team player
- Good record keeping
