- Implement Processes to increase the Packhouse efficiencies.
- Ensure Produce quality meets the client specifications at all times
- Produce packaging must comply with client requirements to avoid rejections
- Manage employee's performance, and maintain labour stability at all times
- Meet targets to ensure continuous supply to clients

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position (Packhouse Management/Warehouse Management/Logistics)
- Proficient in Ms Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook)
- Previous experience in Fresh Produce farming will be an advantage.
