About Juanre Clothing:
Juanre Clothing is a locally focused, quality-driven clothing manufacturer committed to precision and reliability. We’re looking for a skilled Pattern Maker to join our production team and help turn design concepts into perfectly fitting garments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate garment patterns from design specifications and measurements.
- Adjust and amend existing patterns to meet style, sizing, and production requirements.
- Perform grading to develop size ranges from base patterns.
- Digitize physical patterns for use in Lectra systems.
- Work on Lectra software to create and adjust patterns, make markers, and use Lectra Cloud Marking.
- Create markers that optimize fabric usage for cost efficiency and minimal waste.
- Prepare garment ratings for costing and production purposes.
- Maintain organized pattern records and digital files for future reference.
- Collaborate with cutting and sewing teams to ensure accurate translation of patterns into finished garments.
- Check and correct patterns based on test samples and production feedback
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pattern Maker in clothing manufacturing (minimum 5 years).
- Strong skills in garment construction, sizing, grading, digitizing, and fit.
- Proficiency in Lectra pattern-making software and Lectra Cloud Marking.
- Ability to make patterns from scratch based on given measurements or design specs.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
