We are looking for a personal assistant who can support our CEO with multiple tasks including:
- data capturing and invoicing
- managing customer invoices
- tracking and managing budgets
- support with social media
- setting up appoints and meetings
- tracking and managing customer reservations
- Other ad-hoc tasks as needed
The ideal candidate is hyper organised and can manage multiple tasks at the same time. Attention to detail, and practical and pragmatic approach is key for success in the role.
Having worked in a car rental industry and customer service is advantageous.
Must be neat and presentable and can speak English fluently. Ability to speak other languages such as Turkish is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
