1. Daily administrative management, responsible for important visit reception, meeting and activity preparation, management of incoming calls registration, document file arrangement, to ensure the efficient operation of administrative work;
2. Assist in recruitment, training and employee relations management, improve compensation, performance appraisal and incentive mechanism, formulate talent development plan, and promote the localization of talent training;
3. Assist in the development and optimization of the subsidiary's integrated management related rules and regulations and process, and Supervise the implementation and enhance the operational efficiency;
4. Responsible for employee visa application, labor contract management and related compliance affairs, to ensure that the business operation meets the requirements of local regulations;
5. Maintain the office environment, responsible for the daily procurement and material management, to ensure the timely supply of materials needed for work.
