Purpose of the Job
Medirite Mayville is looking for a qualified Pharmacist Assistant Post Basic to join our team .The successful candidate will assist the pharmacist with dispensing and performing pharmacy-related administrative duties.
Key Performance Areas include:
- Stock control
- Dispensing (under the supervision of a pharmacist)
- Administration
- Housekeeping
- Frontshop service

Qualifications
Essential:
- Qualified as a Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant.
- Registered as a Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant with the South African pharmacy council.
Experience
- Two years+ experience working in a similar role.
Knowledge and Skills
Essential:
Customer service orientated
Dispensing knowledge
- Knowledge of dispensing systems and ordering systems
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Retail/ FMCG operations
