We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and detail-oriented Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. You’ll work closely with doctors, biokineticists, and admin staff to deliver patient-centered treatment—especially for back, neck, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation—using the DBC protocol and other evidence-based approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on, high-quality patient care and functional rehabilitation.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
- Educate patients on conditions, expected outcomes, and treatment processes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient management.
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation and reports.
- Participate in CPD activities and remain registered with relevant professional bodies (HPCSA, BHF, BASA, etc.).
- Engage in patient feedback discussions and internal clinical meetings.
- Adhere to compliance, safety, and quality standards across all operations.
- Encourage full patient participation in the DBC programme and other conservative treatments.
- Manage non-DBC patients with appropriate diagnosis, documentation, and referrals.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (or higher)
- Registered with HPCSA
- CPD compliant and up-to-date
- Experience working in a clinical or rehabilitation setting (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of manual therapy and rehabilitation principles
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital clinical tools
