As the Pricing Analyst you will contribute to the achievement of Biocair’s global revenue and gross profit targets. This critical role has key responsibilities in supporting and delivering the EU pricing and quoting activities for all Biocair European locations and in turn supports the future growth of European locations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensure all jobs are accurately priced, according to the relevant tariffs, in a timely manner, including pricing for month end deadline.
- Raise Customer Sales Invoices in a timely manner and maintain the ‘shipment to invoice delay’ KPI.
- Production of quotes to company standards on client request.
- Communicating with clients as to their requirements and receiving feedback on quotations to fulfil customer needs.
- Communicating with suppliers on occasion to ensure the correct costs/solutions are procured for each quotation.
- Review invoice queries from customers for pricing issues or questions.

In addition, you will demonstrate these key competencies:
- Comfortable working with detailed spreadsheets to extract and analyse data and prepare bespoke and standard reports.
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel and Word – able to use standard formulas and analyse and present data using pivot tables, graphs.
• Strong commercial awareness and able to identify trends and cost saving opportunities.
• Experience of working in a supporting role either in Pricing/ Sales / Commercial / Procurement setting.

Please note this is a full time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30-17.30 based at our office in Kempton Park.
