Are you a dynamic, detail-driven professional with a passion for tech products and innovation? We are a leading player in the ISP/MSP space and looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the management and growth of our cutting-edge product suite.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the entire product suite using structured product management principles.
- Monitor supplier communications and implement internal actions based on product updates or changes.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end product methodologies—from internal processes and training to support, billing, and marketing.
- Drive the lifecycle of new product development and enhancements from concept to launch.
- Conduct regular product testing, sales enablement, and interdepartmental training sessions.
- Ensure operational excellence across both new and existing products.
- Support sales teams with training, sales tools , and marketing collateral.
- Deliver regular product performance reports, GP analysis, and sales insights.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Product Management role, preferably within an ISP or MSP.
- A strong grasp of the technology sales cycle, B2B SaaS, and subscription models.
- Proven organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product performance data.
- Resilience under pressure and a problem-solving attitude.
