Job Purpose:
To detail products and educate end users on Adcock Ingram Products
Key Outputs:
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and decision makers
- Implement marketing strategy to achieve sales growth
- Manage expenses according to monthly allocated accounts
- Identify opportunities in the market and new growth areas for the business
- Timeous and professional response to customer complaints and queries
- Educate and train customers and patients
- Accurate weekly and monthly reporting and planning, including monthly statistics reporting
- Facilitate and generate orders
- Continuous targeting and updating of customer database
- Be aware of market trends and competitor activity
- Administration responsibilities
- Territory coverage including country trips
Required Learning / Experience:
- Matric
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing / related field
- Min of 2-3 years Sales experience
- Medical background preferable
- Experience in both Wound and Ostomy care preferable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Computer literate
- Existing relationships with customers in the area (Preferable)
- Valid driver’s License.
- Own car
