As a Production Assistant, you will assist writers and subject matter experts with content standardization efforts to include conversion, organization, styling, proofreading, and publishing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Use tools and processes to convert content between formats across multiple software applications.
- Import files into content management system, organizing information into distinct topic types across a broad product base.
- Apply styling to content based on rules in style guide, adjusting structure, elements, and images.
- Assist with basic proofreading tasks to check for common grammar, spelling, and convention errors.
- Publish content using expected version and format per product, and post output to designated location.
- Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
- Understand and comply with Risk Management program requirements including identification of risks, key controls, and control testing as applicable to responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Associate's degree (2-year), preferably in English, writing, journalism, technical communication, or related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)
- General familiarity with publishing tools and processes and American English grammar and spelling rules
- Ability to follow complex procedures to standardize content, including learning and mastering publishing tools and processes
- Ability to identify procedural gaps and contact subject matter experts to provide additional details
- Ability to complete assignments quickly and accurately and provide status updates on consistent basis with minimal supervision
- High attention to detail

- Office work environment
- Ability to produce and present content both orally and in writing
- <10% travel required
