Program Management Intern (Office of the MD)

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) South Africa is looking for a highly motivated and strategic Program Management Intern to join the Office of the Managing Director. This internship provides an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in business operations, sales support, and strategic initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Sales Staff: Assist the sales team with administrative and operational support to ensure smooth execution of business activities.

  • Driving Business Initiatives: Collaborate with different teams to execute key business projects and initiatives that align with HPE’s strategic objectives.

  • Market Growth Strategy: Research, analyze, and propose innovative ideas to help expand HPE’s market share in South Africa.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project alignment.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key business metrics and contribute to reports that help drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Graduation Status: Must have recently graduated from university.

  • Skills:

    • Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus.
