Key Responsibilities:
- Project Meetings: Lead client project meetings, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Provide clients with concise meeting summaries and minutes.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, the implementation team, and other project stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration throughout the project.
- Project Planning: Assist in planning, task scheduling, and tracking project progress to ensure timely project delivery.
- Project Documentation: Maintain detailed project plans, assist with project reporting, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Monitoring: Monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure they align with project goals. Follow up on tasks and ensure project milestones are met.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project.
- Problem Solving: Assist with issue resolution and escalate challenges where necessary to keep the project on track. Assist with implementation of new business processes.
Experience and Skills:
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination or administration, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and foster effective collaboration among stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy in project deliverables.
- Adaptability: A flexible, proactive mindset that thrives in dynamic, changing project environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and Excel; familiarity with project management tools/software is a plus. General technical aptitude is beneficial.
- Project Management Knowledge: Basic understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies such as PMBOK, with an eagerness to learn and grow in project management practices.
Education & Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business / Project Management Certification or similar. This educational background provides foundational knowledge essential for project coordination.
