- Position: Project Manager / Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage, oversee, and coordinate installing teams on construction sites.
- Collaboration: Work with major builders in South Africa to gain valuable on-site experience.
- Communication: Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and report on contract progress, including budgets, schedules, quality assurance and material orders.
- Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms for the company. Manage subcontractors to ensure efficiency.
- Documentation: Ensure all documentation and reporting meet company standards.
- Independent Work: Manage projects independently with a proactive approach.
Requirements:
- Personal Attributes: Young, proactive, and motivated. Must be able to handle stress well.
- Communication: Must be able to speak Afrikaans and English fluently.
- Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable personal transport.
- Contract: Must be available to start immediately or within one month.
