Your Role:
As Project Manager, you will own end-to-end project delivery within our fintech space, applying best practice frameworks and managing complex schedules with technical precision and people-driven leadership.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage fintech projects using PMBOK and PMI standards, ensuring strategic goals and delivery deadlines are met.
- Build detailed project schedules, manage resources effectively, and oversee project management systems.
- Utilise project management software (PMS) to track progress, mitigate risks, and deliver regular, clear reporting to stakeholders.
- Demonstrate high-level communication skills to engage with technical teams and business units with clarity and impact.
- Manage data requirements and apply process engineering principles to optimise workflows and project outcomes.
- Drive collaboration across teams, technical, and other business units to ensure success.
What You Bring:
- At least 4 years’ relevant project management experience, preferably in fintech or technology-driven environments.
- Solid understanding and training of PMBOK and PMI project management standards.
- Proven experience with systems scheduling and resource management.
- Exceptional communication, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
- A motivated, can-do approach with the ability to take initiative and push projects forward.
