The Fisha Group subsidiary is recruiting the Receptionist (Intern) for 1 year to primarily handle administrative and customer service duties, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for students and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, and providing information about the institute's programs and services.
Administrative Tasks:
Managing student records, scheduling appointments, and handling general office duties.
Communication:
Answering phones, responding to emails, and relaying messages to staff and students.
Support:
Assisting with student enrollment, coordinating training schedules, and providing support to instructors.
Maintaining a Welcoming Environment:
Ensuring the reception area is tidy and professional, creating a positive first impression for visitors.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Matric ( Grade 12) with Receptionist or Office administration studies
- 1 year work experience as the Receptionist
- Excellent Communication Skills

Remuneration:
The learners shall be paid the monthly internship stipend as regulated.
