Job Title: Receptionist

Summary:
The receptionist is responsible for providing professional and courteous customer service to all clients and visitors. They are the first point of contact for anyone entering the office and must create a positive first impression. The receptionist will also handle a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
2. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail
4. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for various staff members
5. Keep the reception area clean and organized
6. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
7. Maintain confidentiality of all information and adhere to company policies and procedures
8. Assist with special projects or tasks as needed
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
7. Professional and polished appearance
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
