We’re looking for a Recruitment Officer with proven experience in recruiting and training call center agents within the debt management industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment of sales and collections agents
- Screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
- Delivering structured training programs for new and existing staff
- Monitoring agent performance and identifying upskilling needs
- Driving recruitment campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with HR and industry standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment and staff training, preferably in a call center or debt mediation environment
- Strong understanding of debt review, mediation, or credit industry processes
- Confident presenter and trainer – both in-person and online
- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of social media recruitment tools
- Organised, proactive, and results-driven
